Fixed Rate Mortgages – The interest rate and payment (does not include escrow) remain the same for the life of the loan. A variety of fixed rate terms are available.
Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARMS) - If you are looking to move or have other short term plans, an ARM may be for you. Low interest rate and low monthly payments (1,2,3,5,and 7 year terms are available).
Construction/Lot Loans - Keep payments down during the construction with interest only payments on the amount used. Avoid a lot of unnecessary cost and close once for the construction and end loan.
First Time Home Buyer Program – Welcome Home Program available through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati. This program helps qualified individuals with down payment and closing cost assistance.
100% Financing – Borrow up to 100% of the purchase price with PMI.
Home Equity Line Of Credit – Use the equity in your house for any purpose. Perhaps for home improvement, debt consolidation, dream vacation, or education. Interest on the loan may be tax-deductible (Please consult your tax advisor).
Fixed Rate Home Equity Loan - An installment loan with a fixed monthly payment, secured by equity in your home. Interest paid may be tax-deductible,
please consult your tax advisor.
Interest Only Loans - Keep payments down on your first mortgage (ARMS)
Balloon Mortgages -Principal and interest payments for 5 or 7 years. Then pay the remaining principal in a lump sum.
Other Loan Options
- You can borrow up to 85% of the purchase price or appraised value on an owner-occupied home without paying private mortgage insurance
- Loans are available up to 100% of purchase price with private mortgage insurance
- Fixed rate or adjustable rate mortgages are available on income producing properties
