Dial the DirectTeller® number, 1-800-436-5100, on your touch tone phone. DirectTeller® will assist you in obtaining the information you desire with fast, easy-to-follow instructions.

What You’ll Need:

Account Number: Your ten (10) digit account number.

Password: Contact Us if you haven't received your password.

Faxed Statements: A fax number to input into the system.

Transfer Funds: The account number of both accounts. (Transfers are available only if both accounts have the same social security number.)
